App and database: SAS PulseHeberg, 9 boulevard de Strasbourg, 83000 Toulon, France (pulseheberg.com). The server is located in France.

Photos and videos: Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland), stored in the European Union.

Email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), in the European Union.

3. Intellectual property

The website, the app and their components (text, graphics, logo, icons, screenshots, source code) are the exclusive property of Romain Lenoir and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, display, modification or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Content posted by members (photos, videos, messages, party descriptions) remains the property of its authors, under the terms of use.

4. Report content

To report illegal content or content that breaks the terms (photo, video, message, public party, member or venue page), email contact@festiplan.fr with: the page address or the party name, the content concerned, why you believe it is illegal, and your contact details. Every report is reviewed promptly; the content may be removed and the account concerned suspended.

5. Personal data and cookies

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy: data collected, purposes, recipients, retention periods, rights and cookies. Festiplan only uses technical cookies needed for the service to work, with no advertising or audience tracking.
