A bar’s page on Festiplan: description, address and upcoming events

What Festiplan brings to your venue

A page for your venue

Name, type, logo, description, address and website: your events carry your name and logo.

Visible near where they live

Your public events appear in Discover and on members’ maps, with the distance.

Requests made simple

Members ask to come; you accept or decline, and the number of spots updates.

Stay in touch with your guests

A chat for each event and a pinned announcement for a time change or last-minute news.

Manage as a team

Add other managers from your Festiplan friends: the whole team can publish and manage events.

Ready-made templates

Karaoke, quiz, concert, after-work: start from a template and publish in minutes.

How it works

  1. Create your account and your venue’s page

In “My account”, under “My venues”: name, type (bar, restaurant, club, hall, association, company), address and logo.

  2. Publish an event

“Create an event” from your page: choose the template, the date, the number of spots and public visibility.

  3. Welcome the participants

Accept requests, chat with attendees and pin practical info. Your page lists your upcoming events.

Discover tab: friends’ parties and public events nearby, including karaoke in a bar

What Festiplan doesn’t do

No ticketing or online payment, no advertising, and your public events are visible to signed-in Festiplan members, not to search engines. Festiplan handles sign-ups and organisation; payments stay with you.

Questions from venues

How much does Festiplan cost for a venue?

Nothing: the venue page and publishing events are free.

Who can see my venue’s events?

A public event is visible to all signed-in Festiplan members, in Discover and on the map. You can also keep an event for your friends or selected guests.

Does Festiplan handle ticketing or payments?

No. Festiplan handles sign-ups (requests, spots, list of participants) but no payments: entry fees, drinks or paid bookings stay with you.

Can several people manage the page?

Yes: add other managers from your Festiplan friends. They can edit the page and publish events on behalf of the venue.

What kinds of venues can sign up?

Bars, restaurants, clubs and nightclubs, halls and event venues, associations, companies: any place or organisation that hosts events.
